TEAM MEMBER LICENSE
The Team Member license is a named subscription user license, typically assigned to someone who only needs to perform light tasks. The user restricted access to perform specific functions within Business Central, including:
- Full read-only access
- Update existing data which has already been created – such as customers, vendors or items
- Approve/reject workflow approvals, e.g. purchase order approval
- Create/edit/delete purchase and sales quotes
- Enter time sheets against jobs

This is all that’s needed to get you up and running on Day 1. But we do have some further additions if you need them.
Other Implementation Packs
We offer a range of 18 different packs that focus on different features and functionality.
These can be added to your system any time after you go live, so you can expand your system as your business grows and can be added to your implementation as a phase 2 after your go live.
Custom Work
There is an additional charge if you want any custom configurations. In order to keep the Kickstart project lean, we’ve already pre-configured the financial setup based on a fixed template chart of accounts.
There’s space for you to add your own Stock, AR, Bank, AP, Loan, COGS and Sales accounts. After you’ve gone live, you can change the chart of accounts structure as required.
